More from the Blizzard of 2011

We ventured out for a bit this afternoon to take stock of the neighborhood after the storm. There were snowdrifts up to 6 feet in many places. People were walking in the streets because the sidewalks were impossible to maneuver, and the streets were empty. It was glorious out there, but it looks like we are stuck home tomorrow too since they plowed the snow on the main streets and somehow blocked all the side streets where our car is parked. Ha! Well, another snow day it is! Hope you enjoyed the "Blizzard of 2011." Notice the first few images are of all the trucks that were hauling away snow from the city. There were at least thirty to forty of them in a row down the road. Amazing!
